I saw them
gamboling,
almost swimming
past the
door,
two black
belts
slowly
blocking, swaying,
practicing
approaches,
swinging in
slow motion,
long-bowed
arms and legs,
a martial
meeting
in the
living room,
a dance so
slow,
a waltz of
martial rhythms
on a cloud
of silence,
a hushed and
gracious grapple
with the
Master,
his father,
and his dueling mate,
gliding round
the furniture
of life.
